I learned from @PatelOncology that in stage 4 non small cell lung carcinoma negative for all drivers and PD-L1>50% the choice between first line immunotherapy (IO) and combined chemotherapy-IO partly depends on how sick the patient is. Did I summarize that correctly Sandip?

Unfortunately (and you probably know this) resource limitations in pathology are big hindrance to clinically relevant diagnosis. Not just material resource either. 75% of the world population is served by resource limited pathology. Its a conversation waiting to be had.
