Interesting that when humans fail even 1% of the time, it's a sign that computers can help. But if computers fail 20% of the time, it's paradigm- shifting. Every case is different and has its subtleties. Who is training the computer is the largest factor, mostly ignored so far

I agree 3+3, but if I got an outside review where it was called 3+4 I may not disagree. In our practice tiny 3+4 often surveilled and re-biopsied often after MRI. But if it is a "real" 3+4, it will typically declare with good follow up. Default to lower if not definitive, IMHO.
