Due to the imprecise knowledge of covid19 trying to keep abreast of the limited pathology results: post mortem biopsies in a patient (who deteriorated after 1 week, and got ventilated) show diffuse alveolar damage and covid19 immunostaining on alveolar epithelium not endothelium
