Actually for the time being I am just trying to implement the codes I use for pathology research. @patilindrajeets has been very supportive for me to use his codes.
The #ggstatsplot and #easystats projects have many options. I have just used the default options.

I have done a lot of research in this as i am not a virologist, pathologist or a epidemiologist, what i have learned is from those who understand and are experts in their field, any mutation happens in order to adapt to the new environment. this is no different.

We are in that situation, just not as dire as many other developed economies.
Worse off than New Zealand.

What scares me is what lyme is and has done to people! You are right we do not know where the true pathology of this virus comes from yet. Hope it is not like lyme disease, but when it was that close to a research center it makes one wonder. Lyme Connecticut comes to mind.
