A PSA: my dad's a medicinal chemist. He presented evidence for a role of selenium in the pathology of SARS/Coronavirus in 2003. His research suggests making sure you have robust selenium levels is sensible. DO NOT MEGA DOSE ON SELENIUM. No benefit in taking more than 200 mcg/day.
