In our experience, napsin-A granular cytoplasic stain can be seen in thyroid carcinoma with pink cytoplasm (especially tall cell variant - this case? and Hurthle cell carcinoma).
Maybe confirm myoepithelial differentiation by IHC first. It can also be just a SCC. Yes, PA in minor salivary gland can be unencapsulated, and PA can be mitotically active. But those+ hyperceullarity, cellular monotony, and expansile growth are quite worrisome for myoepi ca...
