Agree the first 2 pics get tall cells (although it does not show the stretched follicles typical of tall cell variant). LN metastasis does not look tall through. Papillary microcarcinoma (subcentimeter) is already a variant by itself.

The biggest part of this story should be what test justifies these charges, and what the purpose of it is. Not to mention who is marketing it and how. There are a lot of very shady "speciality" labs out there. Often unregulated and meaningless tests. This is not normal.
