This to me is solid & with PTC nuclear features....so it will be a papillary microcarcinoma regardless of invasive status.
— Bin Xu (@BinXu16) December 14, 2019
Probably just a SCC.
— Bin Xu (@BinXu16) November 27, 2019
MEC should not have overt keratinization & ++nuclear pleomorphism. CCC also in the differential but too pleomorphic. Fusion-driven tumor in general is monotonous! H&E not good for myoepi Ca, also it rarely (but not impossible) have true keratinization.
With diffuse s100 but neg melanocytic markers, the ddx are myoepithelial neoplasm with clear cell change and epithelioid mpnst. Look for PA or NF component by additional sampling and do CK, myoepithelial markers sma calponin and ini.

High grade carcinoma. There are clear cell changes. But common thing being common, likely a squamous with clear cell change if no history of sebaceous ca and no skin connection. Ddx salivary duct ca.

Need ihc..maybe PTC hobnail variant ttf1/TG

Salivary gland in the ddx: looks like there may be an outer layer of myoepithelial cells->intraductal ca vs. masc/salivary duct carcinoma..s100/AR/myoepithelial markers

Nope!! Look into MCAS, it's probably a lot more common than we think and I believe it could possibly be at least part of the underlying pathology of M.E, fibro, EDS, gastroparesis and IBS.

That's an error. It should be 85097. 85060 is when peripheral smears are part of the biopsy
