10 patients today: I referred 1 for a horseshoe retinal tear, 1 for a probable ocular melanoma, and 3 to come back in 3 months for retinal bleeding. All asymptomatic. THAT'S 50% ODDS OF PATHOLOGY. So tell me again how we're not real docs and you don't need that retinal screening.

I have never understood the term "routine blood test" - blood tests should be done to answer a question, not as part of a routine anything. Don't need to be ordered just because. You can have protocols for monitoring therapy and trends, but that isn't routine either.

We do 2 #dermpath conferences a week. Viktoryia's been posting the SR derm residents unknowns and Corey decided he'd like to post the JR residents unknowns (adnexal tumors this week). His video/diagnoses will be posted Wed. Enjoy! #dermatology #pathology https://t.co/8QfVQ7cT8O

Exactly the same pathology. Believable, look the part, victims suspend their normal behaviour - and the more they do, the more they get away with. Even when evidence emerges to show them in a bad light, people ignore it.....
