And media and swabs for testing
— Matthew Wasco (@Gleason4plus5) March 19, 2020
Tests (mostly materials needed to test like swabs and media) are in way, way short supply. Now that tests are more available, can't collect a proper specimen.
— Matthew Wasco (@Gleason4plus5) March 18, 2020
It's not just test availability, it's the proper containers and media (special liquid it is collected in) and nasal swabs that you need to collect it. These are in terribly short supply and are limiting testing capabilities, even if tests can be done in the first place

Great case as usual! It means myoepithelial markers are negative. Would you give a clear cell carcinoma diagnosis without the molecular result?? Many thanks...

Malignant spindle cell neoplasm (submitted case...so no IHC and no molecular can be done).

Simplifying...a HCCC of minor salivary gland of palate 1.5 cm, 7mm DOI (if applicable), is this T2 or T1...I feel like T1 by size, but as AJCC does not make exception for salivary gland carcinoma, it would be a T2 as DOI > 5 mm...

3. Ppl that don't meet requirements for further COVID19 testing are treated for any other pathology they may have (Flu, Sinus Infection, Pneumonia, etc)
