BCOR and CIC-DUX sarcoma are more round than spindle with prominent nucleoli. So did not cross my mind. I think the pigment is very chunky likely hemosiderin not melanin. Given bleeding and vaguely slit like space, vascular tumors comes to mind. Another thought is FDC sarcoma.

Standard. I've had the test (two swabs) nasal & throat. The swabs get sent to pathology, then they have to see if & what crystals grow. It takes time. The average is 3 days. Sincerely 'healthcare worker'
