Benign: either basal cell adenoma or myoepithelioma. Depending on if IHC or HE show due population or pure myoepithelial cells (the H&E on high power seems to be only 1 cell type, while basal cell adenoma should have multiple cell types (ductal, basal, & sometimes squamoid).
