Isn't EBV related mucocutanous ulcer a lymphoma? I would not consider it here. This is a spindle cell lesion. FDC Spossible by morphology, but this is a young kid. FDCS is common in mid-age patients.

I guess I scared people when I say there is a twist. The first set of histology is aiming for an impression of keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma. Extensive keratinization are noted adjacent to a prior biopsy scar. There are some clear cell changes as noted.
