I get the resection. The prior bx was workup in full (IHC, EBER, Fusion) to give a definitely diagnosis, including markers for KS, EBV-SMN, ECMT, cellular spindle cell tumors (monophasic synovial, SFT, infantile fibrosarcoma, MPNST) and small round cell sarcoma (CD99 etc).

One thing I am thinking is some sort of minor salivary gland carcinoma arising in submucosal gland. reported in esophagus I think. But this does not strike me as mucoepidermoid carcinoma.
