1) if TP53 mutation preclude a diagnosis of NIFTP, should it pre-exclude a diagnosis of FA as well?
2) in 2017 WHO there is a variant of FA as "FA with bizarre nuclei": does this qualify for it? I saw 2 CA with these changes focally: 1 HCC recurred as anaplastic. pic.twitter.com/241XiKKrx4
