Laura lesion is displaced bronchial cartilage in ebus LN right? Logically, thyroid FNA should not displace cartilage as there is no cartilage along the needle tract skin-strap muscle-thyroid. I do see cartilage occasionally in thyroid, some kinda rest maybe.
