I thought those bizarre nuclei are more of degenerative atypia - smudgy and hyperchromatic (similar to those seen in renal oncocytoma). But the atypical nuclei in your case is not degenerative type, but rather enlarged/pleomorphic/with chromatin details and prominent nucleoli
