I would grade here based on architecture- I would avoid grading when the cells with granules are the sole finding forming nests or cords for which an architectural grade would be pattern 5, but may behave biologically as lower grade #gupath

Interesting histology, hypertrophic zone/cartillage of condyle is not seen. At the first picture hyperplastic collagenase (some hyaline) tissue continuing with subchondoral bone can mean degenerative changes if articular cartilage is damaged: maybe age-related :82 yo.

Thanks!
+1, I was taught the same thing, metaplastic carcinoma, metaplastic carcinoma, metaplastic carcinoma followed by malignant phyllodes...after that, true sarcoma.

Plus the anatomy of lumbo sacral nerve roots allow two neighbouring roots to be affected by spinal pathology ie exiting and decending, more than two possible red flag CE type or cord. Not same upper limb one root per level hence TOS syndrome multiple roots

Nice review, covers mechanism, epidemiology, pathology etc. Of interest is the section on false negative RT-PCR versus chest CT/ single room containment. https://t.co/9hBYJyE7cH#COVID19

Agreed. However my view is that these particular conclusions are in agreement with ancedotal findings from many patients with 'sub acromial' shoulder pathology. There is always some deficit in thoracic muscle patterning underpinning there issue..
